THE 2025 FINANCE ACT
Finance Act 2025 will introduce far reaching changes to the way in which persons who are United
Kingdom resident will be charged to income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax and some
persons and trusts who are not United Kingdom resident will be charged to inheritance tax.
The Finance Bill has already been amended in material ways since publication and may yet be
further amended before it becomes law.
The aim of the seminar is to explore ways in which taxpayers can best plan to deal with the new
regime.
